The amount is debited from my bank account but I haven’t received an order confirmation - what can I do?

In case the amount has already been debited from your account but you have not received any order confirmation email, please write to us at with the following details

  1. Name of the person as shown on the card / bank details.

  2. Approximate date and time of making the payment

  3. Total amount paid.

  4. Screenshot of an email or SMS showing the transaction.
